Project consortium meets in Valencia, Spain – Good collaboration leading to good results
The project consortium met on the 24th of October to discuss the latest project results and plans for the coming period. Discussions throughout the day showed promising results from the bench scale experiments and a strong sense of collaboration among the various partners. A new partner from the UK, iNeuvo Ltd., received a warm welcome from the rest of the consortium. The coming period will see the installation of an demonstration scale anaerobic digestion system at the PERSEO pilot plant and eventually demonstration of the full process. Next to this, the process is being extensively analysed through process modelling, techno-economic assessment, and exergy analysis.
The key scientific results will be published, while a webinar series and technical workshops in the UK and Spain will give an overview of the project as a whole and the various aspects that must be taken into account as the technology reaches the exploitation phase. Stay tuned for more details on the various dissemination activities!
